Kim Lande is a relationship manager and sponsor for the Project Finance product out of our Illinois Global Corporate Trust office. Kim joined U.S. Bank in 2022, as part of the MUFG acquisition, and has more than 15 years of industry experience.

Prior to this role, she worked on various corporate trust teams such as MUFG Union Bank as a Project Finance Product Manager, Bank of New York as an ABS/MBS Transaction Manager and JPMorgan Chase in both corporate trust as well as the Legal Department, Office of Legal Obligations.

Given her corporate trust background coupled with her law degree, Kim has a comprehensive understanding of project financings and market as well as corporate trust product features and services that enable her to provide personalized service and support to project finance clients.

EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS

Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Massachusetts and Doctor of Law from Whittier Law School. In addition, she obtained a certificate for JPMorgan Chase Analyst and Associate Credit Training Program and is a volunteer member of Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE).

Shawn Goffinet is a managing director in our New Jersey Global Corporate Trust office. Shawn covers sales for Project Finance for Global Corporate Trust at U.S. Bank. He joined U.S. Bank in 2020 and has more than 19 years of industry experience. Prior to this role, he worked as a relationship manager at Wilmington Trust and Wells Fargo.

EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS

Shawn earned a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Finance from University of Minnesota-Duluth.

Tak is a trust manager and relationship manager for the Project Finance product at our New York Global Corporate Trust office. He has more than 21 years of industry experience and focuses on our Project Finance product. He joined U.S. Bank in 2022, as part of the MUFG acquisition.

Prior to this role, Tak worked as relationship manager for Custody for more than 12 years at MUFG group banks and as a loan account officer at Industrial Bank of Japan for five years including structured products.

Tak has comprehensive understanding of project finance, structured finance products as well as debt securities to provide personalized attentive service to meet various needs of the clients. Tak also has good experience with complicated cross border transactions.

EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS

Tak holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from School of Political Science and Economics of Waseda University in Japan and obtained his Corporate Trust Master Certification in 2023.
